The first ASCEND Café will embark on explaining the significance of the PCED concept in the broader context of climate-neutral cities and, in particular, the ASCEND Project.
The session will discuss the key principles and technologies that drive PCEDs, how municipalities can start planning and developing these districts, and how they integrate into the urban ecosystem to promote sustainability.
