CELINE opens call for energy community Replicators

Cities, energy communities and local organisations interested in testing new digital approaches to local energy management can now apply to become CELINE Replicators. The Horizon Europe project has opened a call for organisations across Europe to explore how its tools, methodologies and experience could be adapted to different local and regulatory contexts. Applications are open until 20 November 2026 at 15:00 CET.

CELINE is developing digital services that help energy communities, households and other local actors make better use of energy and cross-sectoral data. Its solutions include a community Digital Twin, an AI assistant, data-space connectors and a wider Digital Toolbox, currently being demonstrated in Spain, Finland and Italy across different energy-community models.

Selected Replicators will gain access to CELINE methodologies and tools, participate in three online workshops, exchange experience directly with the Demonstrator teams and contribute to the project's Replication Roadmap. Eligible applicants include municipalities, regions, energy communities, housing providers, Living Labs, research organisations, NGOs and SMEs working with an identified community of energy users. The programme does not provide direct funding, but participation carries no financial obligation and is centred on access to expertise, tools and peer learning.

Interested in testing how CELINE’s digital energy solutions could work in your community? Learn more about CELINE Replicators and submit an Expression of Interest by 20 November 2026.
