For interested cities and municipalities seeking to transform urban spaces and strengthen their capacity to design, finance and scale up these transformations, the Food and Agriculture Organisation offers an opportunity to join the Green Cities Network, a community of cities committed to transforming urban spaces using integrated approaches that deliver economic, social and environmental benefit.
Members of the network can exchange the developed knowledge and solutions with other cities, receive technical assistance and tools from FAO, access funding programmes and also gain a greater international visibility.
