About the conference
Sustainable Places 2025 is Europe’s premier conference on sustainability in the built environment. Organized by R2M Solution in collaboration with the City of Milan, it brings together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and innovators to explore solutions for sustainable cities and infrastructures.
The conference will be primarily in-person, with virtual participation available for viewing and selected fully online workshops. Delegates will gain direct insight into how design, architecture, sustainability, and business converge to create innovative solutions. The venue features a modern auditorium for thematic tracks, dedicated workshop rooms, lounge areas, and a unique secret garden.
For the first time, Sustainable Places 2025 will feature dedicated Thematic Tracks—curated sessions forming the scientific and collaborative core of the conference. These sessions are designed to connect research, policy, and industry stakeholders around Europe’s most pressing sustainability challenges.
Each session offers a unique opportunity to engage with real-world case studies, institutional stakeholders, and industry leaders. High visibility and strategic sponsorship opportunities make these sessions an ideal platform to showcase projects and initiatives shaping Europe’s sustainable future.
