SCEWC 2025: Making Urban Governance Participative, Impactful and Replicable

Join the four Positive Energy Districts EU-funded projects:  ASCEND (Philippe Fournand), ARV (Caroline Cheng), ATELIER (Jeroen Brouwer), and NEUTRALPATH (Cecilia Sanz Montalvillo), moderated by Dirk Ahlers, at the Smart City Expo World Congress 2025 in Barcelona.

The session, taking place at the European Commission booth on November 4th at 12:30 - 13:00 will focus on Making Urban Governance Participative, Impactful and Replicable. It will explore how multi-level governance can enable cities to deliver climate-neutral transformation that is participative, impactful, and replicable. Through real examples and lessons learned, speakers will discuss citizen engagement in innovation, the governance of innovation ecosystems, and how capacity building supports replication and long-term impact across European cities.
